Charles A. Fielder, III
Charles A. Fielder, III is the President of LegalPRO Systems, Inc., which specializes in programs for the bankruptcy-related business. He has been in the bankruptcy business for over 21 years. He is responsible for the development of BankruptcyPRO® for Windows, as well as for the legal accounting/time and billing program DoingTIME™ for Windows and now, I-Got-Notices™, both of which are used all over the United States.
Mr. Fielder has also developed other programs for bankruptcy trustees, legal accounting and docket programs for the legal profession. Mr. Fielder has an extensive networking background in different platforms and the integration of software design with them. His experience includes exposure to a variety of disciplines that use relational databases, statistical data, mathematics and sophisticated number analysis. Mr. Fielder has been a panel member for the computer vendors, for the U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for United States Trustees, and has been of assistance in the development of the Official Handbook for Chapter 7 Trustees as of October 1, 1998.
