Included in the price of BankruptcyPRO® is one year of toll-free technical support. We want you to be fully satisfied with your LegalPRO product and to help you fully utilize its potential. Technical Support representatives can help with any questions about features of BankruptcyPRO®. We welcome comments and suggestions from customers about our software.

Updates for LegalPRO Customers. Updates are issued when there are changes in the forms or when additional features are added. These updates are free within the first year and affordable renewals are available after the first year!

Maintenance and Continued Support. After the first year, you have the option of purchasing an affordable annual maintenance package that includes ongoing toll-free technical support and automatic updates at no additional charge. If you choose not to purchase a maintenance package, you will no longer be eligible for free technical support but will have the option of purchasing renewals as they are released. Our customer support hotline is available Monday through Friday 8:30 - 5:30 CST. Our toll-free number is 1-800-887-0939. Support is also available via fax at (210) 561-2929, by email at Support@legal-pro.com and via our Feedback Form. If you request support via fax or e-mail, be sure to include your firm name in case a representative needs to call you to discuss the problem. Support is only available to licensed users.
